The term “innovation” was introduced into science and technology by the famous economist J. Schumpeter. Today, it is recognized in two concepts: 1) Innovation – a new (improved) product, service, technology introduced into the market, in production and economic activities, consumption, the public sphere, etc.; 2) Innovation – the process of implementing innovation, which is a set of sequential actions to adapt the products of scientific and technical activity to practical application in various areas of human life.
